Most standard kitchen taps can be connected using the included fittings. Pull out, sensor and non standard mixer taps may require an alternative connection. Send Tokui a photo of your tap before dispatch for a free compatibility check.

Warranty and Returns

Tokui Australia provides local product guidance and manages the included two year limited residential warranty from Sydney. Contact Tokui within 14 days if you have a concern with your order. Change of mind returns must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.
