Tokui Australia is a Sydney-based importer and supplier of Japanese-made electrolysed water systems for Australian homes.

We work directly with a Japanese manufacturing partner to supply the EXCEL-FX water ioniser. The EXCEL-FX is manufactured in Japan, supplied with an Australian plug and supported locally by Tokui Australia.

Tokui Australia is not the manufacturer of the EXCEL-FX. Our role is to import the system into Australia, provide clear product guidance and support customers before and after purchase.

Japanese-Made EXCEL-FX

The EXCEL-FX is the model name specified by our Japanese manufacturing partner. Every new system supplied by Tokui Australia is manufactured in Japan and prepared for use in Australian households.

Replacement filters are also stocked locally to support the ongoing use of the system.
