Filter Care and Ongoing Costs

Replacement filters are a consumable and involve an ongoing cost. Replacement timing depends on water use and operating conditions. Check the machine’s filter-use indicator, which is based on cumulative water use, and follow the model-specific maintenance instructions. Tokui recommends checking filter condition regularly and contacting us if the machine has been unused for an extended period.

Warranty and Returns

Tokui Australia provides local product guidance and manages the included two year limited residential warranty from Sydney.

14-Day Change-of-Mind Return

The EXCEL-FX clearance bundle is eligible for a change-of-mind return if you contact info@tokui.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. The entire bundle must be unused, uninstalled, never connected to a water supply, complete and in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation. Products that have been installed, connected to water or used are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Customers pay return shipping for approved change-of-mind returns. These change-of-mind conditions do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
