Use current local information
Water conditions and monitoring results vary by location and time. A report about global source water does not establish the concentration at your tap. See the NHMRC information on PFAS in Australian drinking water and your supplier’s current water-quality report.
What a product claim requires
A PFAS-removal claim needs testing for the specific machine and filter, the compounds measured, operating conditions and service life. Ionisation by itself does not provide that evidence.
