Alkaline Water vs Hydrogen Water: What Is the Difference?
Share
Alkaline water is described by pH. Hydrogen water contains dissolved molecular hydrogen, which is different from the hydrogen bonded to oxygen in water molecules. These are distinct properties.
Measurements do not establish a health outcome
A pH reading cannot establish dissolved hydrogen concentration. Neither reading, by itself, proves reflux relief, recovery or another clinical benefit. This page specifies no universal concentration for biological effects and makes no blanket claim that bottled products have lost their hydrogen. Compare the exact preparation, test conditions and model documentation.
