A countertop water ioniser connects to a compatible water supply and uses electrolysis to provide different water settings. Filtration and electrolysis are separate functions; the machine's settings do not establish a clinical benefit or a particular contaminant-removal rate.

Tokui's current model: EXCEL-FX

EXCEL-FX is Japanese-made and has five electrodes. The A$2,399 clearance offer includes a new EXCEL-FX machine with one original filter already fitted inside and the supplied tap connection accessories. Spare IEC-8000 replacement filters are sold separately at A$499 each. No extra replacement filter is included.

Check your tap and setup

Connection depends on your tap and fittings. Pull-out, sensor and non-standard taps may need another approach. Installation is customer-performed using the model-specific manual and videos, with remote Tokui guidance.

Request a free tap and system compatibility check before ordering.

Filter care and ongoing cost

Replacement filters are consumables with an ongoing cost. Timing depends on water use and operating conditions. Check the machine's cumulative filter-use indicator and follow the model-specific maintenance instructions. Contact Tokui if the machine has been unused for an extended period. No fixed litre or month lifespan is promised here.

Delivery, warranty and returns

Free standard delivery within Australia. The offer includes a 2-Year Limited Residential Warranty managed by Tokui Australia.

The EXCEL-FX clearance offer has a 14-day change-of-mind return period from receipt. It must be unused, uninstalled, never connected to water, complete and in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. Installed, water-connected or used products are not eligible. Customers pay return shipping for approved change-of-mind returns. These conditions do not limit Australian Consumer Law rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Tokui EXCEL-FX is not an Enagic Kangen machine and is not supplied or endorsed by Enagic.
