Hydrogen-Rich Water and Spinach: Research Is Not a Home Preservation Guarantee

A result from a produce-preservation experiment applies to its specific preparation, concentration, timing, temperature and storage conditions. It cannot simply be transferred to household use of a countertop water ioniser.

Keep food safety separate

This page does not claim that EXCEL-FX extends spinach shelf life, removes pathogens or replaces normal food-storage practices. No model-specific preservation trial is presented. Evaluate any research using the full paper and its methods before drawing a practical conclusion; use appropriate food handling and storage guidance.
